The Company

SECA is a company specialized in providing consulting services, studies and projects that has been operating in the environmental area with an emphasis on air pollution since 1995. Based on the experience of its technical staff, it has been executing services and advising companies with updated technology and with this while maintaining the commitment to quality and impartiality.



Technical Team

The technical team consists of professionals with great experience and competence, with training acquired in Brazil and other countries. In addition to theoretical training, they have practical knowledge for carrying out projects and studies, acquired for years in private companies and public bodies in the environmental area.

- MSc., In Micrometeorology - Institute for Space Research -INPE;
- BSc., in Meteorology - Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, UFRJ;
- Environmental Engineering Specialist in Texas A & M University;
- Specialization in Mathematical Simulation of Photochemical Oxidation in Gesellschaft für Mathematik und Datenverarbeitung (GMD) Berlin, Germany;
- Specialization in Atmospheric Dispersion with the CALPUFF Models at TRC Environmental Corporation,   Berkeley, California, USA. 

Professional Experience

- Worked for more than 20 years in CETESB as Environmental Quality Department Manager;
- Appointed Director of the National Institute of Meteorology - INMET;
- Acted as Prof. collaborator at the Faculty of Public Health of the University of São Paulo (FSP- USP)
- Acted as Prof. the Astronomical and Geophysical Institute of the University of São Paulo (IAG-USP);
- Member of CREA-SP - Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of the State of São Paulo - CREA-SP;
- Acted as President of the Air Waste Management Association A & WMA - Brazilian Section, www.awma.org/sections
